环球优路教育集团人员流失问题及对策研究
摘要
近年来,我国社会经济增长速度飞快,各领域之间的竞争日益激烈,企业想要在此环境中稳定发展,需要有综合能力相对较强的人才作为支撑,因为企业之间的竞争从根源讲是人才的竞争,一旦企业有严重的人才流失问题,将会直接影响企业的经济收益,使企业在市场中失去核心竞争能力。基于此,笔者通过各大资料库查找与人员流失问题及对策有关的资料,将其有效整合后,以环球优路教育集团为例,采用文献综述法以及归纳总结法对文章展开论述。首先,阐明选题背景、意义以及人员流失的相关概念;其次,分析环球优路教育集团人员流失现状,找出该集团存在的人员流失问题;最后,有针对性地提出改进意见,并对全文进行总结。

Research on personnel loss and countermeasures of Global Youku Education Group
Abstract
In recent years, our country's social and economic growth rapidly, increasingly fierce competition between various fields, enterprises want to stable development in this environment, need to have comprehensive ability is relatively strong talent as support, because the competition between enterprises from the root is talent competition, once the enterprise has serious brain drain problem, will directly affect the economic benefits, make the enterprise lose core competitive ability in the market. Based on this, the author found the data related to the problem of personnel loss and countermeasures through the major database, and effectively integrates them, taking the Global Youku Education Group as an example, using the literature review method and summary method to discuss the article. Firstly, clarify the background, significance and the relevant concepts of the personnel loss of the topic; finally, provide the improvement suggestions and summarize the full text.
