摘 要
党的十九大以来,我国进入到了中国特色社会主义建设的新时代。新时代提出新挑战和新任务,面临着我国实现两个一百年的奋斗目标,面临着实现民族伟大复兴的强国之梦,这些新的历史使命都对当今的大学生提出了更高的道德要求。而大学阶段又是一个人世界观、人生观和价值观形成的重要时期,对个人的成长成才具有基础性的作用。作为新时代的大学生,“00 后”已经成为一道全新的风景线出现在大学校园中。他们不同于改革开放浪潮下成长起来的“80”后大学生,也不同于互联网时代的先行者“90”后大学生,“00后”大学生在全新的社会、网络、教育和国际背景影响下呈现出全新特点:强烈个体特征、多样化学习方式、网络化生活娱乐、理性化处世态度、务实人生理想等,适用于“80”、“90”后大学生的部分方法已经不适用于“00后”大学生。如何针对他们的新特点,制定切实可行的思想政治教育方法,从而把他们培养成新时代德才兼备的社会主义建设者和接班人,成为一个亟待思考和解决的重要问题。
习近平总书记强调“做好高校思想政治工作,要因事而化、因时而进、因势而新。”本文在全面把握“00后”大学生成长背景及个性特征的前提下,深入调查陕西省部分高校针对“00后”大学生思想政治教育的现状,把握现状的基础上发现问题、分析原因,在坚持精准性、系统性、继承性、渗透性等原则的基础上,从教育主体、教育客体、教育介体、教育环体四个方面作为切入点,创新思想政治教育方法,提升高校针对“00后”大学生思想政治教育的质量和水平。
本文第一部分着重介绍了研究的背景、目的以及意义和相关的国内外研究综述,并简要的介绍了论文的研究思路和方法以及创新点与不足。第二部分为思想政治教育方法对策创新的相关理论,首先对相关的概念进行界定,其次概述了本文相关的理论基础。第三部分主要从宏观和微观两方面分析了“00后”大学生的成长背景,及在相关针对“00后”调查分析的基础上,总结分析“00后”大学生所呈现出的个性特征。第四部分介绍了调查问卷的设计与实施,在证明问卷调查有效性的基础上,对调查结果进行简要总结分析,着重分析了针对“00后”大学生思想政治教育现状调查中,从教育主体、教育客体、教育介体、教育环体四个方面所呈现出的问题,并针对其具体原因从社会、高校、家庭、个体四个方面因素具体展开分析。第五部分以精准性、系统性、继承性、渗透性四个方面为基本原则,针对调查中所呈现的问题,从教育主体、教育客体、教育介体、教育环体四个方面,指出“00后”大学生思想政治教育的对策创新。

ABSTRACT
Since the 19th National Congress of the Party, China has entered a new era of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics. The new era puts forward new challenges and tasks, faces our country to achieve two hundred years of struggle goals, faces the dream of realizing the great rejuvenation of the nation, and these new historical missions all put forward higher moral requirements for college students today. The university stage is also an important period for the formation of a person's world outlook, outlook on life and values, which plays a fundamental role in the growth of individuals.As college students in the new era ,post-00s college students has become a new landscape appeared in the university campus. They are different from the post-80s college students who grew up under the wave of reform and opening up, and from the post-90s college students who pioneered the Internet era. Under the influence of new social, network, educational and international backgrounds, post-00s college students show new characteristics: strong individual characteristics, diversified learning style, network life entertainment, rational attitude towards life, pragmatic life ideal, etc. In view of their new characteristics, how to formulate practical methods of ideological and political education, so as to train them into socialist builders and successors with both morality and talent in the new era, has become an important problem to be considered and solved urgently.
General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that "to do a good job in ideological and political work in colleges and universities, we should change things, advance from time to time, and change from situation to situation." On the premise of comprehensively grasping the growth background and personality characteristics of post-00s college students, this paper deeply investigates the present situation of ideological and political education for post-00s college students in Shaanxi Province, finds out the problems and analyzes the reasons on the basis of grasping the present situation.
The first part of this paper focuses on the background, purpose, significance and relevant domestic and foreign research review, and briefly introduces the research ideas and methods, as well as innovation points and deficiencies. The second part is the related theory of ideological and political education method and countermeasure innovation. Firstly, it defines the related concepts and then summarizes the relevant theoretical basis of this paper. The third part mainly analyzes the growth background ofpost-00s college students from macro and micro aspects, and summarizes and analyzes the personality characteristics of post-00s college students on the basis of relevant investigation and analysis of post-00s college students. The fourth part introduces the design and implementation of the questionnaire, on the basis of proving the validity of the questionnaire, a brief summary and analysis of the survey results, focusing on the post-00s college students ideological and political education survey, from the education subject, education object, education medium, education ring body four aspects of the problems, and its specific reasons from the social, college, family, individual four aspects of the specific analysis. The fifth part takes precision, systematicness, inheritance and permeability as the basic principles, aiming at the problems presented in the investigation, from the four aspects of educational subject, educational object, educational medium and educational ring body, points out the countermeasures and innovation of ideological and political education for post-00s college students.
