摘 要
激励性评价是教师反馈语中重要的组成部分,是一种积极性反馈。它不仅是教学中的重要环节,而且可以促进学生积极参与课堂活动,从而高效地进行话语输出。教师通过合理运用激励性评价促进学生的话语输出量。这有利于增加课堂师生互动和生生互动的几率,同时也可使教师意识到激励性评价的重要性。
本研究在借鉴国内外研究现状的基础上,以激励评价理论为基础,使用调查问卷、访谈、课堂观察三种研究方法探究以下三个主要问题:(1)教师激励性评价在当前中学英语课堂中的使用现状如何?(2)在教学实践中,教师使用激励性评价语言存在哪些问题?(3)教师激励性评价应如何去促进学生积极参与课堂?调查研究发现,中学英语课堂中教师激励性评价语言使用有积极的作用:它可以促成良好的师生关系;合理引导学生积极参与课堂;形成良性的激励循环。同时,激励性评价理论在课堂应用中产生了一定的积极影响。激励性评价在一定程度上可以帮助学生形成良好的学习习惯;使学生的课堂参与度提高;推动学生学习成绩的提高。但是,激励性评价在课堂应用中在使用频率和表述方式方面也存在使用频率过低和表述方式单一的问题。因此,教师应该努力改进激励性评价过程中出现的问题,增加激励性评价的使用频率,多样化地使用激励性评价用语。此外,教师还应该更好地了解课堂激励性评价,并且对自身教学中激励性评价不适当的部分进行调整,使激励性评价能够充分发挥其作用促进课堂教学效果。

Abstract
Incentive evaluation is an important part of teachers’ feedback, which is a kind of positive feedback. It is not only an important link in teaching, but also can promote students to participate in classroom activities actively, so as to output discourse efficiently. Teacher can promote students’ discourse output through the proper use of incentive evaluation. This is conducive to increasing the probability of classroom teacher-student interaction and student-student interaction in the classroom, and also makes teachers aware of the importance of incentive evaluation.Based on the research status at home and abroad, the study is guided by the theory of incentive evaluation, and use three research methods: questionnaire, interview and classroom observation to explore the following three main questions: (1) the current situation of the use of teacher’s incentive evaluation in middle school English classroom? (2) the existing problems of teachers’ use of incentive evaluation language in teaching practice? (3) how does teachers’ motivational assessment promote students’ active participation in the classroom? It’s found that the use of motivational assessment in middle school English classroom has a positive effect: it can promote a good relationship between teachers and students; it can reasonably guide students to participate in the classroom actively; it can form a benign incentive cycle. At the same time, the theory of incentive evaluation has a positive impact on classroom application. To a certain extent, incentive evaluation can help students develop a good learning habits; improve their classroom participation and promote their academic performance. However, in the application of incentive evaluation in the classroom, there are also some problems, such as low frequency and single way of expression. Therefore, teachers should try to improve the problems in the process of incentive evaluation, increase the frequency of use of incentive evaluation, and diversify the use of incentive evaluation terms. In addition, teachers should also better understand the classroom incentive evaluation, and adjust the inappropriate part of the incentive evaluation in their own teaching, so that the incentive evaluation can give full play to its role and promote the effect of classroom teaching.
