旅游景区的核心竞争力是游客的满意程度,本文在阅读相关文献的基础上,参考生态旅游景区游客满意度评价指标体系,以济南市红叶谷生态旅游景区为研究对象,设计济南市红叶谷生态旅游景区游客满意度调查问卷,运用SPSS20.0对调查结果进行分析,根据分析后的调查结果,总结红叶谷景区在游客满意度上出现的不足,并根据不足对红叶谷游客满意度的提升提出可行性建议,为其他同类型生态旅游景区的游客满意度提升提供借鉴意义。

ABSTRACT
Core competitiveness of the tourism scenic area is a tourist satisfaction degree, in this paper, on the basis of reading related literature, reference ecotourism scenic spot tourist satisfaction evaluation index system, taking Jinan red leaves canyon ecological tourism scenic area as the research object, the design of Jinan red leaves canyon eco-tourism scenic spot tourist satisfaction questionnaire, using SPSS20.0 analysis of the results of the survey, According to the survey results after analysis, this paper summarizes the deficiencies of Red Leaves Canyon in tourist satisfaction, and puts forward feasible suggestions for improving tourist satisfaction of Red Leaves Canyon based on the deficiencies, so as to provide reference for the improvement of tourist satisfaction of other similar ecological tourism scenic spots.
