摘要：随着食品安全事故的频繁曝光和生活水平的不断提高，自己动手，丰衣足食，这句当年大生产运动的口号如今正逐渐变成大众的流行时尚。越来越多的人开始尝试自制“放心”食品，从豆浆到酸奶，从面包到葡萄酒。本文基于调查，得出建议，给安全提供对策。
